Please join this Friday so we can hear your feedback on the draft FDASIA recommendations. ONC, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) want to hear your feedback on Friday, June 20th at 3pm EDT on the draft report as required by section 618 of the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act (FDASIA).

During the webinar, experts from ONC, FDA, and FCC will briefly outline the contents of the report, which contains a proposed strategy and recommendations on a risk-based regulatory framework for health IT that seeks to promote innovation, protect patient safety, and avoid regulatory duplication.
