Register Now for SEE Action Webinars on Measure Costs and Community-Based Social Marketing Energy Efficiency Measure Cost Studies Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
Register now Hosted by the State and Local Energy Efficiency Action Network (SEE Action) Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification Working Group, this webinar will explain the importance of measure cost studies. Estimates of measure costs are a central input to assessing the cost-effectiveness of energy efficiency measures, programs, and portfolios. This webinar will: - Provide an overview of the regulatory and program planning applications of measure cost development and estimation
- Review the current "state of the science" of measure cost development and estimation
- Explain the limitation of ad hoc sources of such data and provide examples of successful development of ex ante measure costs from recent work in California and the Northeast
- Provide lessons learned and recommendations for increasing the value of measure cost studies moving forward.
Speakers include Mike Rufo and Mike Ting from Itron, Elizabeth Titus from the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships, and Denise Rouleau of the Rouleau Consulting Group.
